Avalokita supports creative processes by means of arts-oriented education, teaching children and underprivileged in developing countries how to create a dignified existence for themselves, in harmony with their own cultural principles.

Evidence from India shows that when individuals become more aware of themselves and their environment through creative forms of education, they start to make more conscious choices. For example in purchasing safe drinking water, taking good food, sending their children to school and tidying up their homes and environment.
When children develop their abilities in a creative manner, they learn in a much easier way and are socially better capable of holding one's own.

To achieve this, Avalokita has entered into a partnership with Impulsis from the Netherlands (www.impulsis.nl) and with four organizations in developing countries:

Yatra Arts Foundation (www.yatra-art.org)
Sets up a multifunctional education center for tution classes for children and tailor-made trainings are developed for teachers (creative education) and NGO's (knowledge transfer regarding various subjects  in their areas).

NGO Palmyra (www.palmyraauriville.org )
Avalokita supports raising a Trust, a financial cooperation for 2000 woman living in rural areas. This will influence greatly the self-conscienceless of the women, their economical flexibility and social standing.

Basic Water Needs India
Develops and installs water purification units and cooperates with Avalokita regarding the implementation of a safe drinking water facility in villages of the Palmyra area.

Asude School in Northern Iraq
Collaborating with the school and the parents regarding the quality of basic education. Due to creative education, children enjoy going to school and can heal their war traumas.
